I just moved from California and was recommended to DR. Zonca. I went in for an annual physical. I could not be happier so far with the visit. I was greeted at the front desk cordially and was shortly taken into the exam room. The staff who took my vitals and blood tests were great. Dr. Zonca was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and spent quite enough time with me to know my medical background. I would absolutely recommend him to anybody else based on my experiences so far.

In my several experiences I have found the physician's office is unorganized (staff uninformed); paperwork for outside tests/evaluations frequently lost, mishandled or completely neglected. No follow up contact(by physician) with patient regarding medical test results is made. Questions/concerns asked of physicians following appointments take weeks to recieve answers, and are filtered through and responded to by physician administrative staff. Multiple calls are necessary to get any information, and one is never able to speak with the doctor himself about results.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Zonca and Ms. Emily Shupe Talley for a little over a year now. As the mom of an infant it is so nice to have mom and baby cared for by the same team. Peak earns their stripes as top family medicine provider. In the increasingly rushed climate of healthcare, Peak is the antidote. Dr. Zonca and Ms. Shupe Talley take the time that is needed to really get to know their patients and to answer their patients' questions. The medical assistants and receptionist are also professional and warm.

Dr. Zonca has been my PCP for many years, and I love his office staff. There have been times when I need to get in right away and they are sure to get me in. Yes, I sometimes have to see the PA Emily, but she is GREAT. She is very knowledgeable, and I do not feel rushed when talking to her.

I have read a couple of comments about Dr. Zonca. Apparently the patients who complained were either out for blood or impatient. Without fail, I have been treated extremely well by the staff. I wouldn't go to any other medical office. By the way, my name is Mike Woodring.

Very unresponsive to patient inquiries. Staff could use a serious lesson in empathy. Repeated phone calls and requests for clarification went unanswered. Clearly not a "Top Doc".

Lousy follow up. Ambivalent office staff. If you complain then you will only see the physician's assistant. Response to appointment requests is very slow. They made errors in my insurance pre certification on tests then refused to provide any assistance when insurance refuted the tests. This is definitely not a Top Doc as you might see in 5280 magazine
