I feel very validated after reading other reviews here. Dr Hansen was responsible for interpreting my fertility hormone test. She seemed very bothered and inconvenienced with having to give me results. She was not clear or gave further information and I had to ask many questions which seemed to upset her more. She was very direct but very insensitive in the timeliness of me having to freeze eggs. Regardless of my hormonal test results she was insensitive about my needing to make a decision immediately around egg freezing. Bed side manner was horrible. I would expect this from a male Dr, not a female obgyn. Fertility is a sensitive and challenging topic for many people. Hope she learns that empathy would do her good. Will never go back. And the front desk woman also appears to be very inconvenienced by having to work there. PA Jen is fabulous. If u have to see anyone, see her! Condescending office protocol...made a lot of assumptions about my financial situation...Never saw Dr. Hansen and chose to go somewhere else due to office lack of sensitivity...

Dr. Hansen was to provide a procedure to remove part of an IUD from my wife's uterus. When she failed to remove the plastic fragment after a couple hours, she recommended a rape kit to scour the uterus. We had no idea how violent the procedure was. Ms. Hansen failed to inform us how badly some people react. My wife vomited from the pain of the procedure. We should have sued Dr. Christine Hansen for the harm she caused my wife and would recommend that to anyone who has suffered similarly under her care.

I saw Dr. Hansen for severe pelvic pain and lack of a menstrual cycle. I had three appointments and two ultrasounds over the course of four months. I was having severe pain and knew something wasn't right. She prescribed birth control pills to help treat the pain. I went for second opinion shortly after she suggested birth control pills as a solution and I was diagnosed with severe uterine problems- endometriosis, and uterine adhesions. The second opinion doctor scheduled surgery immediately, and the pain was gone and my monthly cycle has returned. Dr. Hansen was a waste of time and dismissive of my concerns.

Poor bedside manner, no follow up calls after getting additional tests done, and they dont even know which insurance companies they are in network in. So dont be surprised if they tell you they are in network and then later give you a large bill and blame you.

Waste of time. Did not help me at all. And she treated me like I was crazy. So I switched to a new doctor and he fixed everything for me. I'm now in great health but no thanks to Dr Hansen.

- Outrageous bedside manners ! - Awfully painful, brisk, hurried, careless butchering biopsy. .. Emptied long seringe with biopsy fluid right under my nose : " toughen up lady ! Your are in for a great ride !!!" - when asked about eventual next step, she reluctantly, bluntly responded : " w'll JUST have to remove your uterus " ! Right ! No big deal !!! - Took 3 weeks to give biopsy results back on my ANSWERING MACHINE : Left message in matter of fact, detached manner reiterating : " w'll just have to remove it all " !!! Great !!! Never tried to contact me in person after... Just wonder what is the billing code for that lone diagnostic sentence ? - Finally, I was billed for a full office visit on top of the biopsy procedure in spite of the fact that she only reluctantly, bluntly uttered a few sparse matter of fact responses... Wonderful " female doctor " !!!

NIGHTMARE experience!! If I could give no stars, I would. I have never given a bad review for anyone ever, so this is a first for me. However, I feel it is my responsibility to share my dreadful experience with other women. I have never had such a traumatic experience with an obgyn until visiting this practice. I just had my first pap here, and I have been bleeding ever since! I came home feeling nauseous, very tender and sore and went straight to sleep. My husband came home and put me in the bath and felt frustrated and sad for me. It's been 6 days, and I'm still bleeding. I feel completely violated. She didn't use any lubrication during the pap! It was SOOOOO uncomfortable and made me very anxious. No pap is great, but there are things that can be done to help soothe the experience. The doctor was not at all personable, made me feel I didn't know my own body and was very cold. She didn't have much to say at all and had very uncomfortable bedside manners. She made the rude comment, "What, you don't know when you're ovulating?" I felt she was threatened by my support of Eastern medicine. As soon as she walked in the room, I could feel her negative energy. If this isn't enough, I have had breast pain and discomfort, and they will not authorize an MRI, which I've been advised to get. I'm beyond furious and angry that they treat their patients in this manner. We're planning to try and get pregnant and I'd like to know my breasts are okay. They just said no and refuse to authorize it without any further comment or concern. I ended up getting into an argument with them over the phone and demanded that their office manager please call me ASAP. Do they want patients to go without diagnosis and end up with worse conditions later? Maybe so. Maybe it's all about making money for them instead of what's best for their patients. I will never step foot in this practice again. I want to warn other women, so they don't have to go through the traumatic experience I have. I don't wish this upon anyone.

Rude staff talk bad about every patient. Brought a friend to the follow-up who witnessed the horrible treatment. Hurt so bad after exam that I could not get out of fetal position for weeks. I tried to get help from the office but had to go to another doctor to be treated.

Dr Hansen has been my treating gyno for 8 years. She is always informative and while she offers her opinion and suggestion, never forces it me which I appreciate. She performed laproscopic surgery for ovarian cysts that left me pain free and she didn't butcher my body. I'm not a fan of one of the PA's who refused to provide a prescription for a bladder infection while I was out of state, but I phoned the other doctor in the practice and she was more than empathetic and agreeable. I don't have children so I can't comment on OB skills.
