Dr. Chestnut was referred for pulmenaryt./ testing by my cardiologist. At my followup meeting with Chestnut in June he was supposed to make recommendations for treetment in 10 days. He never did. Neither did he contact with my cardiologist. In july the cardiologist tried to confer with Chestnut. He was an 'no show for a scheduled phone conference with the cardiologist. The cardiologist then cancelled her afternoon appointments and actually went to Chestnuts office. The result was that Chestnut said he would follow through with recommendations. This he never did. At this point the cardiologist and I agreed to give up on Chestut. When I was sceduled to see Chestnut I expressed reservations. Years previously I served on the executive committee of a public service organization that published a monthly newsletter listing opportunities for volunteers. For a three month period a Tim Chestnut,who was a physician would volunteer for multiple activites via phone but would never show up.
