Jean is great, as long as nothing goes wrong. She is only marginal at best. I get the distinct impression that they treat babies,not women,and if yours dies you are not worth bothering with. Her staff is even worse than her should something go wrong. Just one ex:after my son was stillborn, I was made to sit for my pp appt in a room full of pg women less than 10 days later.Staff would go up to them and rub their bellies and ooh and ah while i sat there, crying and ignored as i waited 40 minutes past my appt. Jean actually closed my chart with a grand flourish when I left, as if writing me off for good, and then sent me through a room where a woman was nursing her newborn in order to leave. i later found out that my last prenatal appt her colleague didn;t even bother to take notes, at which i had voiced some concerns that were dismissed. i've heard great things about her if all goes well, but when they don't you are treated like a non-person with no feelings at this birth center.
