He is all you could ask for in a Doctor, seriously doubt there's any better.

Dr. Tsui was amazing. He was very thorough, detailed and solution driven and so very respectful and kind. We had been seeing a different cardiologist and ever so grateful we are seeing him now.

This doctor is wanting to do a stress test on my wife , who just had a pacemaker installed ? Why would he need to do a stress test on someone who just had a pacemaker, and has had all the necessary tests to warrant the pacemaker ? I seriously question the motive for this action ?

Such a pleasant doctor full of knowledge and help. Treated us like we were family. I would recommend this cardiologist to anyone.

I keep getting calls from his secretary about 'appointments' Dr. Tsui has for me. I keep phoning back only to get a answering machine and no return call from this office secretary. I give up.

Dr. Tsui's office has a casual feel which immediately put me at ease during a stressful time. The staff are friendly and were prompt with my appointment and stress test. Dr. Tsui was thorough examining my test result, explaining it to me clearly and then answered my questions. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Tsui, and his staff have always been there to help me after I had Quintuple Open Heart surgery. I had surgery November 5th, 2018 at RCH. I have been under Dr Tsui’s care since and I am 100% satisfied!!!!!

Unfortunately, due to not having much choices, had to go to this office. Mistakes after mistakes, no coordination with other offices. No refard for the seriousness of the patient.

It is difficult to fill this rating out as Dr Tsui is great! But the receptionist? Makes Nurse Rached pale in comparison. I don't know if I even want my results if it means having to go through that woman.
