I have been going to Dr. Ramirez for almost 20 years. She is wiling to listen to her patients even if it concerns a natural alternative. The person who rated her 1 out of 5 stars must have either caught her on a very bad day, or they are confusing her with one of the other doctors at her location.

The staff is terrible, rude and no helpful. But this is the worse doctor I had seen. Her lack of knowledge and interest in the well-being of the patient is evident. Her bedside manners are very unprofessional. A waste of time and insurance money.

Best family doctor in Houston, hands down. Extremely courteous staff. Easy to make appointments. Quick follow-up.

My wife and I have been her patients for many many years. She is very nice, understanding, listens to what we have to say, and we love her. If she doesn't know something, she will defer to someone else for specialization. The only negative I can find is that she doesn't return calls; I know she is very busy when we are there, so I don't know if she is too busy or her staff doesn't give her messages. If it is an emergency, her staff can always fit you in. I wish more doctors were like her.
