Was given ambien and not told of side effects made me black out new doctor took it away right away

She gave me Ambien while I was on Depakote which caused me to hallucinate and almost killed me. Why would a doctor do such? She never worked to get me off the Depakote which is the first thing my new doctor did ASAP. She is disengaged and seems to confuse you with other patients and seems to have forgotten major things discussed in your previous visit only several weeks prior. She tries talkinon something which is a non-issue already discussed. She told me "There is no hope for you." She does not need to be in a profession where people are needing help from their professional. She is either not knowledgeable or plain evil. Either way, she is no help to the patient and only causes harm. She does not even seem to care and is a cold person to speak with. Don't go to Cherry Chevy. Next visit I was given the option of having my parents drive me or have an officer hand cuff me and take me to holly hill. Worst experience of my 18 years.
