rude and uncaring; does not explain his action; flip flops on treatment plans; asks me the same questions every 3 months; implied that it was all in my head

I've seen Dr. Rott two times and felt that he was thorough in his examination and questioning. I felt as if he actually cared about my pain as opposed to other doctors who are just putting in time. I didn't see any problems with him.

I have never been so irritated!..I went several times only to be put on meds...For joint issues..In fact, I had so many anti inflammatory....I just had a colostomy and 2 feet of colon removed..Be careful taking these drugs!..Just told to go back to my regular doctor!...No help at all~

Second person wrote that they wished him back at Emory, I wish him back there, too. He DOES NOT communicate well - almost not at all. After 4 or 5 appointments, at my last visit, he acted like he had never seen me before - didn't even want to renew a prescription for me. I have extreme pain and my last Rheumatologist worked very hard to find cause and treatment. THERE ARE FAR TOO FEW RHEUMATOLOGISTS IN DRIVING DISTANCE.

consulted with my primary before seeing me while i waited in a gown in exam room. came in and told me he had spoken with my primary and agreed with her diagnosis of fibromyalgia. no blood work done and no xrays, no exam of any kind. came for second opinion and received a recap of primary's dx. total waste of time. waited 3 months for appointment and got a brush off. I'm a r.n. and have never seen such callous treatment of a patient. hope i never do again.
