17/03/13 5 5 5 5 I am so glad that Dr Hill is my doctor. She takes time to discuss what is happening with your eyes. She is friendly and very knowledgable. Her staff is professional. I have been in the nightmare office in this city and it is the office of Dr Savage - he is a cold fish and his wife (office manager) is a Witch. You can cut the tension with a knife in that office. Also you are literally kept in the dark - waiting room 2 is very, very dimly light. Whereas the office atmosphere is a breath of fresh air at Dr Hill.  Respond

29/04/11 2 2 1 1 Was a patient of Dr. Hill's. Made the switch to a doctor who had a much better bedside manner. She is an extremely rude woman who is self involved. I see she is elsewhere now. Hopefully, she's worked on her personality.  Respond

24/04/11 5 5 5 5 Did cosmetic injectables with Dr. Hill. Extremely skilled injector and her needles don't hurt. Very calming and reassuring. I did not bruise and the treatment looked very natural. Everyone has been saying I looked so much more rested. I will be going back.

17/05/10 5 5 5 5 Dr. Hill is an extremely intelligent medical doctor and surgeon, with a very caring attitude towards patients. Her knowledgeable approach to treatment care and great bedside manner is a rare treat in a city where too many MD's are jaded and burnt out. I have seen Dr. Hill for 4 years, and I would highly recommend her.  Respond

01/03/10 5 5 5 1 Dr. V. Hill is so kind. I had brain injury and as a result, my right eye does not track with my left eye. She saw my On-Call in hospital over the christmas Holidays and was as kind as can be. She is a very pleasant Dr. and does what she can to help you. I am very thankful!  Respond

04/02/10 5 4 5 5 . we have been very happy with Dr.Hill. not all botox is for cosmetic reasons. some people have eyelid spasms like my friend and are even blind without treatments. this office has helped her a lot with botox treatments which are also urgent. we totally understand if we have to wait sometimes.  Respond

30/01/10 5 5 5 5 I had a mole removed under my eye, and Dr. Hill guided me through the procedure, asking me if I was ok the whole way. Her customer service was great, never kept me waiting. Dr. Hill phone me at home the next day (Sat) to ensure I was ok. She did a great job as I was worried about the scar as it is in such a prominant place. Her assistant Rose provided great customer service as well.  Respond

12/01/10 3 1 5 5 Dr. Hill certainly seems to know her stuff and projects confidence and expertise, however there have been a few times when we've had to wait over an hour in her clinic, so scheduling is sometimes (not always) an issue. Hopefully she has resolved that now. One odd behaviour that Dr. Hill has is that she WILL NOT look at me (male), instead she looks at walls or at my wife when responding to one of my questions. Very odd. Perhaps there is something in her past that is causing this behaviour? I don't, however, think that it impacts her ability as a surgeon.  Respond

30/09/09 5 4 5 5 Went to see Dr Hill for a second opinion. Took some to get a referral, but extremely happy that I did see her. She was sooo.... helpful in diagnosing the problem! First to the Rockyview Eye Clinic before she would even see me. Thorough!  Respond

17/12/08 5 4 5 5 Her and her staff are excellent without a doubt. I have a condition that causes my face to move involuntarily and really affects my vision. Dr. Hill was the only doctor I saw who could actually help me. Her treatment with medical botox was painless and really worked. Her and her nurse were both compassionate, encouraging and delivered excellent care. Sometimes the office is quite busy and runs a bit late...but really worth the wait.  Respond

17/12/08 5 5 5 5 Absolutely the best doctor I've ever seen. She was very kind and informative. She consulted with my husband and I about our son's vision problems and found alternatives to surgery that worked best for our son. We will definitely keep our yearly appointments with this doctor.  Respond

26/11/08 5 5 5 5 My surgery was to correct a Strabismus condition from a previous Strabismus operation done in 1966. Before my initial visit with Dr. Hill I was sent for a complete eye examination unlike any examination I have ever been through before - very thorough. During our initial visit, Dr. Hill gave me another examination, explained the procedure in detail with me, then allowed me ask all of the silly questions I needed to make an informed decision about the operation. As this is not my first eye operation, and I have been under the care of several excellent Opthalmologist as a child and an adult, I feel qualified to be able to make the statment of - DR. Vivian Hill has, without a doubt, delivered the finest care I have ever recieved.  Respond

21/11/08 5 3 5 5 I was referred to Dr. Hill for what seemed to be a very serious and rare eye condition. She got to the bottom of it and found that my condition merely mimics something exciting. She was my second opinion after another surgeon in town decided to operate. After the sugery was not a sucess, I was referred to Dr. Hill. I enjoy our conversations. She is pleasant, well dressed and answers all my questions in a friendly, knowledgeable manner. I was so impressed with her that I go to her yearly for my checkups.  Respond

18/09/08 1 1 1 1 quite a long wait time- do not know if the organization in the office is as good as it could be. Seemed disinterested and did not seem interested in answering questions so I could understand my problem. Would not go back.  Respond

24/07/08 2 3 1 1 Our experience with Dr. Hill was very unpleasant. Dr. Hill had very poor bedside manner, was cold and inpersonal, and was not interested in answering any of our (my wife or mine) questions. She seemed in a hurry during each appointment to the point of rudeness. She made us feel insignificant and small. It appears that she is more concerned with performing surgery on patients rather than first determining whether or not the surgery is even necessary.  Respond

13/04/08 3 3 2 2 One of the most condescending, rude @ arrogant women I have met. Certainly doesn't appreciate patients who are well informed, even if they are pleasant @ appropriate. Lacking in social skills @ the usual tact that comes with education @ class. Most people who are actually good at what they do, do not have to behave in this kind of a fashion. Doesn't offer anything special,so it is time to move on. Most unpleasant exchange!!!  Respond
