Though Dr. Godfrey means well, his only advice is to take pain meds. To cover the pain, not correct the injury. His receptionist is beyond rude and is downright nasty, ignores your questions, will literally let you stand there when you ask something, slam down the phone and stomp into the back and still wont help you when she comes back, she even makes signing in a hassle. It got to the point she would push folders back and myself and other would wait up to 6 hours other then the usual 3 or 4. Her extremely horrible attitude and very long wait forced me and others to find new doctors. Dr. G is a kind old man but, needs a way better staff and a younger assistant to help him with his patients. He would have a much better practice and happier patients. Even just acquiring a new receptionist would greatly improve his office.
