The front office people are pathetic. I had one appointment a few years ago. First the receptionist said my appointment was cancelled. Then on the day of that appointment, she called me that they were waiting for me! I was out at that time, because they initially said my appointment was cancelled! 1 1/2 yrs later I called the office asking what time was my appointment 4 pm or 4:30. The new receptionist told me 5:00 pm. So I went 5:00 pm and they were CLOSED! I went to have my teeth cleaned a week later! This is the LAST time I will come here!
