Horrible! Rushes through the appointment, doesn't have the courtesy to explain anything to you... How is he a doctor?

Dr. Cleland is an excellent doctor. He saved my mother’s life with an early cancer diagnosis, has cared for my husband for 25 years (NASH) and monitors me regularly for cancer because of family history and has removed pre-cancer polyps. I will be forever grateful to him.

J'ai passé une gastroscopie avec Dr Cleland et ce fut la pire expérience de ma vie. Le Dr ne se présente même pas, te parle à peine et lorsque tu essaies de lui dire que la sédation ne fonctionne pas, que ca te fait mal (au point où je pleurais) il s'en fou complètement. Après, je lui demande c'est quoi la suite des choses pour mes douleurs et il me répond que si j'ai mal, je dois aller à l'urgence. Criss, tu es le spécialiste pour mes douleurs et à la place de m'offrir un suivi ou d'autres tests, ou ne serait-ce que de renouveller mes anti douleurs (ce qu'il a aussi refuser), tu me dis de recommencer à la case départ et aller à l'urgence?! Si ca ne vous tente pas de travailler comme du monde, prenez votre retraitre, vieux aigri! P.s. Les infirmières étaient toutefois très sympathiques

Doesn’t respect the time of his appointments nor the order of his appointments… a big waste of time. Best to seek other specialists.

I saw Dr. Cleland for a colonoscopy and was assigned to him at random at the MGH. He was polite and answered my questions. The staff was very friendly. So my experience was very positive at the MGH for this type of exam. I waited one hour but this is to be expected. Thanks to the team.

Dr Cleland does excellent work. My family and I have been under his care for about 15 years now and we are all doing fine. Just recently my brother needed a urologist and my family doctor was unable to find one after 7 months so I asked Dr Cleland for a referral and within 2 weeks we received one.

Excellent Doctor. Has always provided the most professional care to my family. Diagnosed my mother’s cancer quickly and saved her life. My husband and I are both under his care and we both feel fortunate to have him as our Doctor.

Dude, figure it out. Couldn't even remember that he conducted tests and actual procedures on me after 2 post-visits. Refused to look at my scans because they were from another hospital. Told me I had irreparable damage to my liver, even after he had no bloodwork results supporting this. 3 other physicians confirmed the opposite of his 'findings'... Good thing we aren't in the USA, he'd be sued.
