Crane is a fantastic doctor, he listened to me with patience, he asked me questions and did a lengthy thorough clinical interview before deciding on what to prescribe. I can the the guy cares about his patients. Great doctor with the personality of a warm gregarious irish grandfather.

Crane is a licensed drug dealer. Practice should be investigated immediately.

i went to get a refill of a prescription i've been taking for over two years to good effect, which was prescribed to me after a year of weekly meetings with a professor of psychiatry at havard medical school. i had to switch doctors because of insurance issues. after a single checklist and a five minute conversation, his assistant refused me the medication i'm happy with and suggested something much stronger. if dr crane is anything more than a common drug dealer, he is at best a joke.

I'd go elsewhere. My impression over years of visits was that Dr. Crane had a revolving door-get patients in and out as soon as possible, didn't feel like he cared much about me as a patient. I also had trouble getting him to refill prescriptions for anti depressants--I assume so he could get the $ from a visit. I am going to stop going to him b/c for a few weeks his phone was going to a residential phone line! Did I mention his office tends to be pretty unprofessoinal.

Christina Johnstone is very knowledgable about distrubting controlled medications. The one problem she does have is her morning schedule as I had to wait at least an hour. Please watch the billing company as my insurance carrier caught Dr. Cranes billing company double billing my United Healthcare/ Oxford insurance & now the office no longer accepts my insurance & I have to pay &$85 for there fraud:•(

Dr. Crane is a very nice man and seems knowledgeable. I have a few problems with him though. Several times, he has written me the incorrect prescription. I have asked him for three month supplies, and almost every time he has written the script incorrectly. Secondly, he makes me come in for a visit every time I need a new prescription, which seems unnecessary, and costs me my insurance co-pay every time I come in. Seems to be potentially a little over-concerned with making money.

I've seen Dr. Wolfson twice and will be seeing Dr Crane for the first time next week (only b/c Dr W is out of the office). This is the first time I'm seeking help and have found Dr Wolfson to be an empathetic ear who has been trying to help me get over my anxieties. I'm wary of those 5 across the board ratings from some of the previous posters touting the amazing job done by the secretary. If you've been in the same room as Nicole or gotten her on the phone, you've felt the burning hostility. I've heard her loudly read off other patient's social security numbers over the phone. I'm sure someone else has heard mine. Having Judge Joe Brown or whatever tv court show on in the waiting room helps sustain that confrontational attitude. I suspected Nicole was the person who hung up on me when I finally got up the nerve to make an appointment (and made the mistake of mentioning leaving two unreturned messages). Reading the reviews confirmed it. If anyone needs help, it's absolutely her.

christina is an amazing person. nicole, however, is a nightmare. a true sadist. she has threated me, hung up on me multiple times, loudly shouted out my prescription information in a crowded office, ignored me while i stood right in front of her. she is so unprofessional and, frankly, sadistic. i've quit this practice because of her -- christina and dr. crane have to know how she treats people and apparently they just don't care.

First, Dr. Crane is amazing. He saved my life. Second, I really like Nicole. Always made room for me in the schedule. Knows me. Also always got Dr. Crane on the phone when I needed him.

Christina Johnstone is unbelievably talented at helping the tortured human soul. I came to her in pieces, and she put me back together with genuine compassion, a trait that is lacking in many mental health professionals. I could not recommend her more. However, her secretary hung up on me one day when I called because I was suicidal. I said out loud that I was suicidal and she told me that it wasn't her problem and hung up on me. Yes, this actually happened, you read this right. Nicole is a terrible person, devoid of compassion, and should not be employed there. Period.
