Generally friendly and knowledgeable, but has made comments that could be considered to be "fat shaming" to family members. Making positive suggestions instead of negative comments would be much more useful. Have since seen another doctor who has been so much more helpful and positive.

The doctor in my opinion was about average and was visibily rushed. The real issue however is the staff at the front desk. They are not helpful in the elast and if you ever think you will need your medical record, I suggest asking for it before you leave otherwise you may never get it.

Dr. Colson represents everything that is wrong with the medical establishment- he was rushed in the office, and he couldn't find my medical record and he blew it off like it was no big deal that he couldn't find my chart. He didn't listen to me at all- only send your worst enemy to him!!

Dr. Colson was my primary care physician for ten or more years in Washington, DC. I've had six doctors over the years (I'm 45) and have yet to find another doctor who is as down to earth, easy to talk to, and genuinely concerned about his patients. Denver is lucky to have him.
