Nice man and good staff. For me they are too pushy on their sales tactics. My mouth is very healthy and still Dr. Cass recommends a lot of services that are very expensive and not necessary. They are also not very familiar with what insurance will cover. We've been surprised several times by bills that arrived well after we thought all was settled.

Top drawer! Absolutely the best. Most knowledgeable and friendly dentist and staff I have ever encountered. I will never look further for my dental needs.

No one will discuss costs before treatment: Dr. said insurance would cover procedure but still had a large bill to pay at end. Next time I remembered to ask but got no information about fees/costs beforehand. Any little question led to an instant procedure too without any discussion of pros/cons or cost.

Fantastic dentist and staff - very customer-service oriented and very good with nervous patients.
