Dr Demmings is greatly educated and has all the toys but his office is failing due to the poor treatment of his staff. Now he can only get staff that aren't experienced and can't handle the job. They are terrible at answering or returning calls and messages, they frequently text which is unprofessional. When I finally reached a live person after 16 days of calling, I was told that wasn't their 'issue' to call back and leave a message at option 3 (which I had already done 3 times. I don't have the time involved to deal with them anymore and have moved my family. They also frequently overcharge my insurance company and I have reported this

Very poor attitude towards those who slave for him. Not much bedside manner. I switched from the other clinic to get a change... Biggest mistake ever.

Does treat his staff good. And not much better to patients. His staff obviously are miserable because they are not happy and are not friendly. Pretty crappy environment overall.

I had a great experience with Dr Demmings and his staff. Let me first say that my regular dentist is doing renovations to his office and has Dr Demmings taking care of any emergency patients. I called on a Sunday to leave a message about breaking a tooth the night before. I was called back by the dentist personally within an hour. He offered to see me right away, but I had decided since it was a holiday and I was in NO pain that I would wait til the office opened 2 days later. I went into the office today, was greeted by very friendly staff, and only had to wait a few mintues to been seen. Right away my tooth was looked at, I was given an ex ray and was told what the problem was. I was asked if there was any problem with the tooth, and felt like the dentist was taking the time to make sure I felt alright. Great experience, great dentist!

Initially he was helpful. However he was totally concerned with my insurance coverage. He tried to get me to open a line of credit to cover costs. i found him to be rude to his assistant and to me

procedures and options were well explained. A busy noffice but overall a very good experience

Extremely rude to his assistants and patients. I will never go back. If he cannot treat his staff with respect then I cannot respect him myself.

seems to have average knowledge, but not patient friendly. Always in a rush. He is personable but never asks what problems I have, just relies on his examination and xrays.

Is fairly knowledgeable but does not take time to talk to you. Is always rushing to the next patient without asking what your situation is. That is, he seems to be more driven by the dollar than concern for his patients. Did not address my problem until I called him back after he told me to go.
