Macon is blessed to have very possibly the best hand specialist in the nation in Dr. Waldo Floyd. People regularly come from out of state to obtain his services. He is a humble, brilliant man who loves to help people.

Dr Floyd is great, but the waiting time is excessive. I’ve never waited less than 2 hours. In addition, the billing department has messed up my payments on three occasions and refused to reschedule my next appointment unless I paid. I finally got help from Megan who was able to correct their error. Once I have my surgery, I’ll be finding another orthopedic office.

There was a injury not a syndrome. Could not not get doc to listen and understand that!!! He got mad due to questions and told us not to come back!! We were not rude to him just explaining what was going on , asking questions trying to figure out how to handle the situation and pain!!

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Floyd. Listened to my problem, diagnosed it immediately, and fixed it right away. A few years earlier he had to operate on my hand. What a relief from pain!! I'll drive a thousand moles just to use him. Staff very, very nice.

Repaired a partial amputation of my left index finger. Even though he did not reattach the portion of my finger that was severed, the nail regrew and he did such a fantastic job that it is nearly impossible to tell that my finger has been damaged. He is totally brilliant.

Tremendous amount of experience with hand surgery. I had a severe hand injury and he had creative solutions to restore good function. I had seen several hand surgeons prior to Dr. Floyd and he is simply the best!

He is an excellent Doctor. He is very knowledgeable. He treated me for Tendonitis in both hands. I was not able to work and do my job. He cured my tendonitis. If I had to have surgery on my hands he is the only Doctor I would allow to operate on me.
