Management has improved. Dr is very kind and courteous. He builds a personal relationship with his patients and cares for them as if they were family. He is very knowledgeable (especially in respiratory issues). He treats everyone with respect (patients and staff alike). He is very understanding and compassionate. He helps you to the best of his ability and makes you his priority when you visit him. I give him the highest rating because he is the best doctor I have ever had, and I have encountered quite a few over the years.

Needs better management. I called to make an appointment and was told they would call me back, I waited for two days and never received a phone call and decided to retry and called them again. Soonest appointment was a month out, I took it and asked if they accepted Carecredit and was told yes. I called later and asked if they would be able to run the card with the card's information without the physical card and they said yes. When I arrived they said there was no way they could run it off the information and rescheduled the appointment a week after. I received a physical copy of the card and proceeded to go into my appointment for a second time. I was then told that they do not accept Carecredit cards and have no idea who would have told me that. They should be ashamed and embarrassed for this is a sorry excuse for a Doctor's office. Will never return and advise everyone to look somewhere else unless you have plenty of time to waste.

very rude person answered the phone and was very dishonest with me when i called back to check on why no one returned call to set up appointment for new patient as they said they would. i did not get her name but i will not be making this Dr. my primary care physician!!!!!

Dr Cheever is caring, nice and seems to have helped with my illness. But customer service is terrible. I have struggled with getting them to return messages, schedule needed studies, file charges correctly and I found out that one study I had was unnecessary (but expensive). Dr should have been more informative on that. All staff so far is very friendly but... there are issues there.

I believe the nurses run the office.If the nurses don't like you they make every interaction negative.Appointments with Dr.at least 2 weeks out.If they don't want to see you,referred to ER.Since Dr.Bideuc left the practice went down in the dump.Not a wellness focused practice.Have waited 1 1/2 weeks for RX refill for COPD.Do not recomend this "practice" of one doctor.

Dr. Cheever is the first doctor in the 12 yrs my wife and I have been married that took the time to get a complete medical history. Even our kids love going to see him. A+++++ in our book.

My wife and I recently moved here and our neighbor recommended Dr. Cheever. We are very pleased with him.

Doc is the best and most kind doctor, You treat you so good and has the greatest concern about your health. I have COPD and takes the best of care of me that I could ask for. Takes his time to talk to you about whats going on. does test that are needed as well as bloodwork. If you want the best doctor this is who you need to go to.he's tops in my book.
