Dr. Kaplan has no peers. He is, without a doubt the most compassionate, patient, informed physician who truly cares for and about his patients. I feel blessed to be one of them.

Dr. K has been our Doctor for over 15 years. He is wonderful, understanding, caring & he listens. He works with you to give the best care possible. He is soft spoken, gentle and he knows his stuff. Just knowing he is in my corner makes me feel better.

Telephone and in-person staff are not acceptable in a business-run practice like this, and unacceptable in any medical practice. Unfortunate that a doctor with Kaplan's knowledge expanded his practice so much that he would have a large pool of takers for the boutique medicine, leaving the poor and disabled without any choice. Never thought of him as one who would follow that route. Yes he has a soft-spoken "manner' and is knowledgeable, but he is less responsive if you are hospitalized--esp if the hospital makes crucial errors--unhelpful at those times.

Awful staff - very rude secretary. Great doctor, although is going into boutique shortly (MDVip). That's very unfortunate, as not many ppl would like to pay $1500 just to belong to a network.

Excellent Doctor. Very compassionate and caring, but has too many patients. Combine this with an overprotective secretary, and sometimes it is difficult to reach him on short notice. That said, I feel genuinely happy he is my doctor.

Dr. Kaplan is the best Doctor ever,he calls you back in a timely fashion. He is compassionate, doesn't take chances and sends you for testing he listens to you no matter how long it takes,he is very knowledgable and I couldn't ask for a better Doc how many doctors call you back{most of the time the next day}with your blood work results or any results. Thank G-d there's Docs like you.

I dont know what we would do with out him. His staff is also wonderful. He will take the time to sit and listening to what you have to say. He is like a family member. Dr. Kaplan is a nice soft-spoken doctor, who has a lot of patients and patience. Despite his candor and calmness, I feel he usually doesn't spend enough time with me, and does little in the way of preventive medicine. Many people leave their health in a doctor's hands, but a personal copy of bloodwork, medical history sheets, etc. without having to request them should be manditory. While it is your responsibility to follow the doctor's advice, it would help if the advice were more specific. His receptionist, Jen, is always friendly and helpful even during busy hours where she's handling phone calls, walk-ins, and appointments.
