some of the staff are very rude and not helpfull at all ,if you get erica, donna or hope they are the gems , but some of them don't know what customer service is . dr commer and soni are great !!! but some of the staff are not worth using them anymore . i am a long time patient and can't put up with it anymore. the waits are very long

When we go to visit Dr. Soni, we usually spend a good 2-4 hours there, waiting to be seen etc. It's ridiculous. The office staff is terrible. The only reason we still go is Dr. Soni knows his stuff, and is great.

Run, he does not listen nor does he address your needs. I have been disabled since 1989 and he would not even acknowledge. Would not look at my medical records. Was the only doctor in area vs going to Ft Bragg at the time. I went to him for 6 years.

$20 co-pay.He gave me a calcium channel blocker after knowing that I could not take them.I ended up in emergency,then was hospitalized and monitored for 3 days(charged $13,000).I kept telling him there was a reaction to the meds.All tests were negative for problems.Calcium channel blockers cause me to have tachycardia.He was aware of this at the time.Thank you.

My parents use this dr. because he was the only one we could find that would take Medicare when they moved here. They always overbook appointments. They have never waited under 1 hr for an appointment sometimes 4 or 5 hours. This office has no consideration for anyone's time. If they are running 2 or more hours behind they could at least call and let you know to come in later.

VERY UNFRIENDLY, GAVE WRONG DIAGNOSIS. WAITED OVER 2 HOURS. WOULD RECCOMEND YOU TRY DIFFERENT DR.
