The nurses need to improve a lot in returning calls to patient. This doctor is exceptional. Very educated, kind, concerned, and excellent bedside manners.

I've been going to Dr. Balica for many years. He's an excellent doctor -- professional, caring and takes time to discuss any questions. He is usually very punctual.

I had a very bad experience at this doctor's office. Firstly, the staff (Pinky) is so rude and inconsiderate. I don't think the doctor has enough experience with the condition I had. They wasted my time and delayed treatment. Not sure if I should be mad at them or thank them. Their neglect motivated me to find myself a new doctor. I am so glad I did not go through surgery with Balica at RWJ.

I totally agree with all the comments made on Dr. Adrian Balica. I have experienced the same quality of care, patience, and trust/ Dr. Balica has a gentle, professional way of addressing health issues. I recommend Dr. Balica to anyone needing this type of medical care. He is by far the best!!!!

I went to RWJ for prenatal care and after seeing two other OBs in the practice I got Dr. Balica...from that point on I only scheduled with him. Dr. Balica is knowledgeable, patient, informative, relaxed and an overall fantastic doctor. Delivered my 2nd DD via a scheduled c-section and he made the entire process stress-less. I would recommend him to anyone and look forward to having him as my OB again in the near future.

Dr Balica is THE BEST! He is very kind and knowledgeable. He has a very calming demeanor and shows genuine interest in his patient's concerns. I normally would see whoever was available in the OBGYN group at RWJ for my prenatal visits and it wasn't until my last prenatal visit that I saw Dr Balica. I will now go to no one else! I wish that I had seen him throughout my entire pregnancy. He is the best in his practice!! Would highly recommend!

Dr. Adrian Balica is an extraordinary physician. He is VERY knowledgable, kind, caring and has a GREAT personality. He is as well an extraordinary surgeon. He spends quality time with you during your office visit to explain and answer all of your questions in detail. He will not leave for the next appointment until he knows for sure you understand everything that was just explained. I just recently had a partial hysterectomy and had very little discomfort afterwards. Even though it was laparoscopic the incisions were very clean and minimal. If you choose Dr. Adrian Balica as your physician you will be very HAPPY and will not regret your decision. You will only have a feeling of regret if you don't select him as your physician. Thank you so much for everything you did for me Dr. Balica. YOU ARE THE GREATEST BY FAR!!!!!! My medical award goes to DR. ADRIAN BALICA!!!!!
