Staff public relation is low, Doctor is fast in and out and really don't listen to patient

Dr. Helou is extremely knowledgable of current medications and symptoms. My level of confidence in him is extremely high.

I feel this Dr is good but has a staff that is limited in helpfulness. I also feel that this physician is too quick to provide medication instead of monitoring symptoms.
