I think dr. A.Classen is the best. I've had back issues over 20 yrs..had even self medicated for over 7yrs. Due to treatment from other pain mgmt. Docs....then my condition got so bad and I thank God I tried him for myself. He's Very knowledgeable, concerned, and helpful. He's been a life saver for me..his staff is great,friendly and courteous,(minus one) being truthful, but that's not the docs fault. Nor the nurses or scheduling fault...I think they're a gem...I don't mind a wait because he's going to be thorough when it's my turn. Of course this is my experience and opinion. But if you're looking for help,and not just opioids... he's the one. I love him and thank him for his help..I know I'll get better because he said so. Doc I love you and to me you're a 10...keep up the good work. So glad God sent me to you👍

Talk about an absolutely horrible place. Not sure who is worse Dr. E Jo Bailey, or Dr. Classen (whom I only saw once in all of the time I was treated here!) Am in worse shape now, than before I started going here. Due to an injection give by Classen. Dr. E Jo Bailey, will say one thing & then deny it at the next visit. Proof? I started recording my visits! Please, even if you are desperate (as I was), DO NOT go to this place! !!! Read the reviews. You will see many more negative one's than positive. There's obviously a reason for that. I will be completely honest & tell you they dropped me for coming up positive for marijuana use. And YES, that is correct. They had lowered my pain med dosage from another doctor. It wasn't enough to help my pain, so I supplemented it with marijuana. Was I wrong? ABSOLUTELY! But they NEVER told me it showed up in my urine tests until they were ready to drop me as a patient. Why? Because I kept complaining about major pain issues I was having as a result of the injection Dr. Classen gave me. And because I refused to let them replace my spinal cord stimulator with "their " brand. Had already had 3 different stimulator implants. These people are very calculating. They are typical of the medical profession today. It is strictly a money making business! The hippocratic oath, has now been replaced by the hypocrisy oath. The medical profession, is truly dead...

He is a quack!! They roll you into the procedure line like a puppy mill.. One bed goes of one door while the other patient is wheeled in the first door.The pre op and recovery room areas are dark and dirty. Not quite a sterile environment. He has an attitude that He could never be wrong. If you question him on something he cops an attitude as if to saw, I'll show you who's boss around here. Don't waist your time. In addition his prices are higher than any other pain mgt. Facility that I checked with. Find someone else!!

This physician is so helpful and for the first time ever I feel as if someone truly cares about my pain and not their pocket book! This facility was absolutely amazing following the little longer than normal wait to go to the room, but i promise its because he's willing to truly get to all your questions and make u feel comfortable with his plan of care. My first visit they did not do much but what they did do is send me to have the appropriate testing done so they could determine where my pain was coming from. When I returned they informed me what they were going to do and informed me that this may not work but also in courage me to stay positive and inform me that their are other treatment options for my pain. On the procedure day I was nervous as I believe anyone would be getting an injection in their back, but he made me feel comfortable along with the staff. Following the injection it did not work yet I still feel as if their is hope for my pain. He and his wife came to inform me of my next step. Following the next step he informed me exactly what was going on and that I needed to see a surgeon. For the pristine time in 6 years someone stopped caring about their pocket book and started caring about my pain. I am now able to have a life and I'm able to do thing with my kids and I'm no longer staying in bed all day because my pain is so unbearable that I'm unable to face the next day!!! Thank you so much to everyone who participated in my care and my path to a better life!

When I first came to see Dr. Classen to get a second opinion about my chronic lower back pain I was quite excited by his approach and procedures he was going to try that my previous pain management doctor never even discussed. I quickly became disenchanted, however and in the end let him go as my doctor. While some of his staff are wonderful, kind and very sweet, there are others that are downright rude and have no business dealing with the public. The lack of clear communication in this office is also quite astounding. In the short time I was a patient here the ball was dropped repeatedly on my case leading to me showing up for an unnecessary procedure and eventually not having any pain medication. The way I was treated here was completely unacceptable and I could not in good consciousness recommend this practice to anyone.

I thought they were very nice and friendly. Dr Classen referring me to another dr for a pain pump because ive been living with constant pain and suffering since 1989 when i was in Army and i hope the morphinepump works

This man was extremely rude to my 90 year old mother who suffers from Alzheimer's. He basically threw us out of his office, telling me in a very angry voice that he would not treat her unless she first went through a detox program. My mother is not a drug abuser. She takes medication prescribed by another pain management professional. We waited an hour for him to come into the office and yell at us. I was completely overwhelmed. I am a competent professional. It was totally unnecessary for this man to act so rudely. It was completely inexcusable. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.

THIS DOCTOR IS ONLY ABOUT MAKING MONEY, THE MOMENT YOU DONT AGREE WITH HIM ABOUT A PROCEDURE OR SURGERY, HE HAS NO NEED FOR YOU. I HAD SURGERY AND THE DOCTOR GAVE ME PAIN MEDS CALLED CLASSEN AND TOLD HIM I WAS RIGHT THERE AND CLASSEN SAID OK AND THEN WHEN YOU GO BACK TO HIM HE STATES YOU BROKE THE CONTRACT AN HE CAN SEE YOU ANYMORE. I HAD A DOCTOR PRESECRIBE COUGH SYRUP WHEN I HAD PNEUMONIA AND HE SAID I HAS BROKE THE CONTRACT AND REFUSED TO SEE ME ANYMORE. IF YOU DONT LET HIM DO STEROID INJECTIONS OR SURGERY HE HAS NO NEED FOR YOU AND STARTS LOOKING FOR ANOTHER SUCKER TO DRAIN THEM OF THEIR MONIES. I WOULDN'T TAKE MY DOG TO THIS MAN, BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU CHOOSE TO SEE HIM. HE STATES HE IS A MINISTER, WELL SOME WERE SENT SOME JUST WENT, HE JUST WENT.

This doctor is about lining his pockets with unnecessary proceedures. He is not in favor of any medication and only wants to operate. Worker's Compensation Insurance denied his request to operate, so he refused to see me further as he does not prescribe medication. He is all about making as much money as possible with unnecessary tests and operations.

Dr. Classen was very up on current treatments and very thorough. I appreciated his extensive knowledge of the musculo-skeletal system as a D.O.
