Dr Plesser is as good as it gets in breast evaluation. She found 16 precancerous cells in my breast using mammography and ultrasound and as a result I was able to have a tiny biopsy surgery instead of much more serious future surgery. The surgeon could not believe that she was able to visualize so few bad cells. But I was not surprised. She is so careful and takes so much time evaluating your mammograms and ultrasounds and MRIs that you just know she will find whatever might be lurking. She often calls patients late in the evening to tell you that everything is all right. She is the best there is!

1/10/12 | 4 | 2 | 5 | 5 | Worth the wait! Started about 1 hr late, but I think that was because an "emergency" case came in ahead of me. The girls at the reception desk were a little gossipy- not too professional (only negative of the experience). The procedure was fine. MaryAnn, the technician was absolutely awesome and compassionate, explaining everything thoroughly. Dr. Plesser was kind, professional and knowledgeable. She was very reassuring throughout. I don't have results yet, but so far, so good. | Respond |

9/27/10 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | I had a bad experience when I had a stereotactic biopsy in the past at another facility. Dr Plesser and her staff are amazing. Knowing about my past experience, Erin, Dr Plesser's assistant actually put her arms around me during the more difficult parts of the procedure. Not only is Dr Plesser extremely caring, she is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend that anyone looking for the best radiologist contact Dr Plesser!! | Respond |

Insists on cash up front. Why does she wear a tight white blouse that shows her breasts? Unnerving if you think you may have cancer. Reccommends unecessary testing. My experience is different than the other people on this site. Don't understand it.

5/5/09 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | I had been going to a different radiologist for over 20years who referred me to a surgeon for a surgical biopsy because she was not able to perform the sterotactic biopsy because my breasts were too small and my skin thin. My old radiologist insisted I needed a surgical biopsy. When I went to the surgeon, she thought that the sterotatic biopsy could be done and referred me to another radiologist, Dr. Plesser. Dr. Plesser saw me immediately and was able to perform the sterotactic biopsy. She is amazing, smart, and nice; and her assistant, Erin is equally charming. You feel like a person going to her, not as if you are in a factory. | Respond |

11/21/08 | 1 | 3 | 5 | 5 | Dr. Plesser is outstanding -- professional, caring, thorough, patient. After being treated at what operated like a factory, Dr. Plesser was a pleasant experience. The front desk, however, does not share these traits. Treated like a charity case. | Respond |
