I saw Nancy initially to discuss birth control; she was helpful. When I returned with an issue stemming from a car accident, Nancy refused to process the insurance paperwork. Not because they couldn't but because it was too much trouble for them. I am still suffering from the issue as I don't have personal insurance. Nancy really left me high and dry and in pain. I would never go back or recommend her to anyone I care about.

This was by far the most traumatic gyno appointment I've ever been through. Not only was I the first patient in the morning (arrived on time), but I was kept waiting an extra 20 minutes. I'm assuming it's because she was looking at my paper work (which I submitted weeks before my appointment) for the first time. Then I was taken into one of the exam rooms (which are semi-makeshift) and given a gown to change into. Then after waiting another 10 minutes, I was told that the doctor wanted to move me into a different exam room. The nurse kindly (and awkwardly) helped move me and my belongings to another room where I was told she was going to do more tests than what I scheduled. I had, had a regular pap for almost a year at that point so I was really distressed and didn't appreciate the extra stress she created. A phone call from her receptionist about my labs confirmed that I was never returning when she (the receptionist) started giving me incorrect info about my labs. I could go on.
