Dr. Taylor was my chosen doctor when I resided in Valdosta for 14+ years. His staff was professional, efficient, compassionate , & kind. His care was professional & knowledgeable. Any queries I posed were answered & pros & cons about my situation were thoroughly explained & addressed. He is straight forward & I appreciate that trait; I do not like wasting time. If I moved back there he would be my choice again. Phyllis Maria Harris, Prichard, Alabama ( Mobile County)

My name is Kayla Hanshaw and I do not mind disclosing my name. Dr. Taylor is an unproffessional, unconcerned, rude and distasteful human being. My fiance and I have been together for almost two years. The two of us got pregnant this year in july and are expecting mid January. The two of us moved from Florida to Georgia recently to seek better living for our small family. My fiance is in the process of joining the national guard and I am looking looking forward to being a stay at home. when my fiance and I found out I was pregnant we were both happy and excited. while in Florida I had only seen the hospital but our happiness was shared. but trying to find a doctors office here in Valdosta has been a struggle. many of them have not shared the same eagerness that we feel.Dr Samuel Taylor has been one of the worst. my first visit to Dr Taylor he asked me a series of questions he asked me if I had been seen by an OB in Florida and I replied no.he commenced to talking to me as if I were ignorant looking at my photos in my paper a saying that I had seen by an ob and I had not he also said that with my Medicaid that I had just received here in georgia I had already used two of my ultrasound. when I told him this was not true I only use one he continued speaking to me as if I didn't know what i was talking about. come to find out I was telling the truth. he did ask me the approximate date I went to the hospital here in Georgia I told him around the 12th and he made it seem as if I didn't know what I was talking about once more but when he looked at my paperwork he saw I was telling the truth. during the Pap smear procedure he did not sterilize or clean any of his equipment he was very rough with me and he manhandled me. during the Pap smear procedure he saw a little rug burn mark on my private where me and my fiance had sexual intercourse in his pants rubbed against me he made me feel disgusting almost as if he believed that the rug burn what some kind of sexually transmitted disease. I didn't had to disclose my personal information and when he found that out he was touching and feeling my private and it made me feel very uncomfortable. he did not make my experience exciting at all I was not happy he made me feel very miserable. after the procedure I had to get medication sent to my home because I contracted bacterial vaginosis due to his Pat smear procedure. Dr Taylor is very unprofessional and I would not recommend any happy family to go to Dr Taylor for any prenatal care.

This physician was unprofessional and surly during my prenatal appointments. He didn't deliver my son. He did perform the circumcision. We thought it was a simple procedure. The follow up has been very painful for our son. It is difficult to watch our newborn experience the results of such a poor job.

-DURING MY VISIT WITH SAMUEL TAYLOR'S OFFICE I NOT ONLY NOTICED THAT THE ENVIORNMENT NEEDED SERIOUIS REMODELING(LEAKY ROOF etc.)BUT HIS STAFF WAS VERY RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY.DR SAMUEL TAYLOR HIMSELF WAS ALSO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY GRUMPY.UPON FINDING OUT THE SEX OF MY BABY (which is supposed to be one the blessed moments in life) HE MADE THAT EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE FOR ME.HE WAS VERY ROUGH HANDED (and when i told him it was my first time seeing a male doctor and i was a little uncomfortable his response was...)"WELL IT TOOK A MAN TO GET IT THERE"and that was all-i cried after my ultrasound.i have friends who have told me that he had made several similar disrespectful comments to them and to their family members. one girl's mother was told "IF YOUR DAUGHTER HAD KEPT HER LEGS CLOSED...etc" i would definitely not recommend this doctor to a farmer needing a delivery of a baby calf.,much less a fist time mother or happy couple experience child birth for the first time.

I have been seeing Dr. Taylor for about 7 years now- I had never been to a male doctor before so I was a little leery at first. My fears were unfounded, and he is the best Dr. I have ever had. His staff is courteous and professional, especially Annette. I miss Teresa though....

Dr Taylor doesn't have the best bed side manner but he is an excellent Dr. The only thing I can say that could have been different, he didn't let me know the chances of endometrial ablation not working until after the surgery. I ended up having a hysterectomy which would have been my first choice had I know the EA might not work.

Dr. Samuel Taylor is an excellent doctor. When most of the nurses in Labor and Delivery at SGMC use him for their OB/GYN that say's a lot for him. I have used him for several years and I have always been treated great. He did my Hysterectomy and I did great.

The doctor did not know what he was doing. I had to have a major surgery by another doctor to fix his life altering mistake.
