I visited Dr. Goswami for a second opinion on a supposed stroke. My previous Neurologist (whose name is a 4 letter word somewhere between looney and loco)kept insisting I had a stroke at 40 even though I had no high blood pressure, no blockages, cholestrol in normal range and no family history of stroke. Two weeks after being examined by Dr. Goswami I found out I had multiple sclerosis. Although the diagnosis was not one I wanted to hear, thank God I got the correct diagnosis. Dr. Goswami immediately took me off of the Aggrenox (stroke medication) and started MS treatment. Thanks to Dr. Goswami, I am now being treated for the correct ailment. He is very caring, compassionate and not at all irritated when being constantly questioned and second guessed by a patient who was neglected by a previous Neurologist. Above all this, he should especially be commended for his PATIENCE with his PATIENTS. I would recommend Dr. Goswami to anyone who wants a concrete diagnosis.
