I've been a patient of Dr. Felix for over 10 years. Both he and his staff are awesome. You never feel rushed and even if he's utilizing his laptop, he's listening to you. He makes every efort to get a completed set of facts for the diagnosis and provides a clear and detailed medical history for referrals. He and the staff make excellent use of electronic medical records and related systems. As I compare him against the other Drs I've dealt with, he gets a solid A+

After moving to Riverside, I was referred to Dr. Felix by a doctor in Orange County. Before seeing him, I had tried at least 10 different blood pressure medications that not only did not work, but gave me every side reported. Dr. Felix put me on a simple medication and within two weeks I was normal again. He actually listens to everything I say. I was also very impressed with his staff and the fact that they are a "paper free" office. Dr. Felix brings his laptop into the examining room and he has all my information in front of him. He is the main reason I'm glad I moved to Riverside. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I have been seeing Dr Felix for about 12 years. I find him to be one of the few doctors who will actually listen to what I have to say and he also believes I know myself better than anyone. He has always been caring, helpful and consise with his answers to my health problems. He monitors all my meds and orders the test required on a regular basis to make sure all my meds are doing what they need to do, if not they are adjusted or changed. I truely believe he has and will always have my best interest at heart.

This jerk treated me for high blood pressure for over 4 years; even when the nose bleeds became a daily event. He was always taking blood for "tests". When I finally had a stroke the hospital discoved I had encephilitas all those years. NO TESTS HAD EVER BEEN DONE!! I spent months in the hospital and more months in a nursing home because of this inept jackass. The doctors in the emergency room even called Felix to ask him why he had never bothered to have any tests run. He billed my insurace co. for them.
