Didn't say anything else concerning this ? Very arrogant and RUDE! Wife was there as well. Needs some patient relations TRAINING to start with! Was a new patient. Never took time to talk about any issues I've been having for over a year+!. Just ASSUMES things based on the MyChart app chart Providence uses. Could tell he had an attitude as soon as he came in!

Having burning chest pain only when walking up an incline, shortness of breath when walking, tired, brittle nails plus I had a gastric by-pass thirty years ago. Stress test normal, cardio gram normal, all test fine. The Dr. should have done a blood draw to check levels. Four months later my internal medicene Dr. orders a 14 hour fast blood draw discovered Vitamin B12 level and Vitamin D levels quite low. Am now on Vitamin B12 shots and Vitamin D. 50,000 units twice a week. I read that a syptom of low B12 could be angina. Dr. Hollenbaugh would have been able to diagnois with more info. had he just order the blood tests.
