Without any questions, Dr. Kee is the best pediatrician I have ever met. She checked my child’s symptoms very carefully, asked her detailed disease history, and finally referred her to a suitable specialist. Dr. Kee is friendly to child, caring, and with patience. Highly recommend her to all parents. | Respond |

11/4/11 | 4 | 3 | 3 | 4 | Good doctor, but the wait for her is LONG! We have taken our son to her twice for vaccinations. The first time, we waited 3.5 hours after putting our name down and the second time it was 4.5 hours! She does spend the time to do a thorough exam and answer questions. We haven't felt rushed (if anything, we rush her a bit because by time we've gotten in to see her, its past our son's bedtime and he's cranky!). I believe you can put your name down starting at 9:30 am on Thursdays when she works, even though she doesn't actually start until 3. We will be doing this in the future so we hopefully don't have to wait so long. THe first time we saw her for our son's first vaccinations, she chose to give him one shot, wait a few minutes, do the second shot, wait a few more minutes, and then do the third one. We thought it would be better to just do them really quick, one after the other. We requested this for the 2nd round and she was fine with that. It was much less painful for all! | Respond |

She is definitely worth the wait and the rudeness of the reception staff, which is the worst medical reception staff I have ever had to deal with. She has earned my complete trust, and even encouraged my very reluctant child to open up and talk to her about issues with depression and anxiety. Although it's often a very long wait to see Dr. Kee, she is definitely worth waiting for - you know she's giving every patient her full time and attention, and her cheerful, wry Irish wit puts us at ease every time. | Respond |

Her clinic office staff compensates her every good quality. They are poorly informed, organized and rude. The clinic building is of very poor shape. It is a children clinic and when you enter you'll feel like entering into a cage which could frighten kids and made they cry hysterically. They must have hired a terrible building designer just like they have done with their office staff. Nevertheless Dr. Heather Kee's very presence compensates every drawback associated with the clinic.. | Respond |

She sees my daughter and I as a team, is very respectful of me as a mother and she makes me feel as part of the solution when I have a medical issue with my child. Wonderful person. I don't always get to see her on time but it's because she takes her time with patients and I feel she's worth the wait, since I know she will be thorough when it is my turn to see her. I've seen her several times and I leave feeling satisfied every time, both in terms of medical care and support/encouragement for me as a new mother. Thanks Dr. Kee. | Respond |
