When i first moved to Paradise, i became a patient of Dr. Jacobs. I found he was good. He is a nice man and a good dentist but the reason i left his office was due to his front desk staff. I found them rude and impatient. That reason alone is why I left.

Dr jacobs is very careful and professional. He also is interested in you the patient and takes his time to get the proper results.

Dr. Jacobs is hands down the best dentist ever! So kind, listens to his patients, very nice man!!!

Excellent care received by my children. Did not want my children to go to sleep for extraction of molars for the orthodontist, so took them to dr. Jacobs. He has extra training with dental anesthesia and my kids were relaxed and tolerated everything well. Excellent dentist and technically ahead of his peers.

I have been seeing Dr. Jacobs for almost 10 years. He is a great dentist. Excellent mannor and takes the time to explain things (he often draws a picture to explain a process or procedure). His offices are clean and state of the art. While it can take a month to see him, if you are in pain then the reception staff do a great job of fitting you in with him or one of his two associates for an emergency exam. Need a dentist? The do not hesitate to call his office!

Very knowledgeable and explains everything he does as he is doing it. I was very impressed with his state of the art equipment and his ability in using same. I would recommend him to anyone.

We waited 3 months for the appt-an emergency appt no less. Then they told us he was not working that day and resched for another 4mnths out! They at first refused an estimate, said it wasn't much work, not necessary.I called back and insisted, they never did send the estimate. When I got there I found out it would take every cent we had! The staff was less then friendly,I found them quite snobby.I wanted my wife present during sedation, as I'm am terrified of dentists and of being out of control.They wouldnt let her be there. Her ptomise to stay with me is what got me to actually go in. His bedside manner is severely lacking. I felt very belittled.

I was very pleased with Dr. Jacob's care. He explained everything, worked capably and carefully, apologized every time I flinched (very, very often, since I'm absolutely contemptible in a dentist's chair), and insisted I was very brave and doing wonderfully, which was an outright and very kind lie. In the unhappy necessity of having to attend a dentist, I couldn't recommend anyone more. Excellent, tidy work. Thank-you, Dr. Jacobs.

DiI was NOT pleased.He did not remove all of my 2 year old daughter's tooth during a surgery when in fact, he should have. This has caused many problems and pain for my little girl!
