Everything about my experience with this doctor was bad. Having moved here from another province with alot of treatment, imaging, and surgery, I knew right away that Dr. Burton was a bad doctor; a liar; lazy; hard to contact; wouldn't believe the reports of surgeons senior to him. There's more, but I summarize by saying , "Stay away!"

Had rotor cuff repair in November 2023, extreme pain since December 2024 still cannot get ahold of Dr Burton.

After my surgery, I had tried contacting Dr. Burton what seemed like a hundred times to try and get him to sign paperwork so I could return to work. He was never in the office and sent me on a wild goose chase looking for him for weeks. His secretary was no help at all and they made me feel like I had no support whatsoever after the surgery was done.

I sent you an email and left messages to confirm. Recording is hard to understand and says hours are 6-10 pm , looking for a reply of confirmation please.

Dr. Burton performed my knee surgery. I felt very at ease going into the surgery. I greatly appreciate his knowledge and care during the entire process pre and post- op. His bedside manner is excellent. A great doctor all around!

Dr. Burton is an amazing caring doctor. I have been with him since he first opened his practice and have had a number of surgeries on both knees. He is always available to answer questions and to listen.

Maybe have someone answer your phone. Was told I was gonna get a call in may were now July 29th 2024. Almost 2 years since I was referred to this joke of a doctor.

My son has been waiting almost 2 years to even get seen by Dr. Burton. He is extreme pain and I am extremely pissed off that Dr. Burton is apparently the only doctor my son can see for the pain in his legs. He doesnt seem to respond to even his secretary's texts , emails or phone calls. Does anyone know what we can do or another doctor that can help?

I had my knee replaced by Dr. Burton, he is very caring, kind, efficient, can't say enough about him and he is there when you need him post-op as well.
