This would be a 5 if I was judging them by just the wonderful folks that took care of me while in their care. It isn't because of them, not maintaining my pain once I left, is the reason why. Two days from my release and I am without pain aids. I have been crying most of the night as my pain is just too severe. I understand that I went through a major surgery, just not getting that same understanding from the ones that performed it. I have had other operations done and there was no problem with getting medications for those, just this one. Giving me the excuse of what insurance is allowing. They perscribed me with 30 pills. 2 every 4 hours makes it 15 doses. 6 doses a day. Very easy math. 30 pills is not a 7 day prescription. I had hip replacement. I had the upper part of my femur removed and a new socket for it on the hip side. Two days of medication is an absolute joke. But apparently the joke is on me, for trusting medical professionals to do what they say they are gonna do.
