I found Sherman Mok, the owner, to be disrespectful to staff. He only hears one side of a phone conversation, and assumes employee is in the wrong. There is no privacy for patient, he books three patients in at a time and hops around, not giving enough attention to patients in my opinion. No dedicated place for staff to have a break or hang their coat. There are many other places in Pickering that are much better

I can’t say enough great things about this clinic. Sherman and staff are very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I had elbow surgery and it’s a long road back however with Sherman’s help, I know I will recover!Everyone is professional. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have visited multiple physiotherapist in my time. This location takes very little in the way of history, and I found my physiotherapist (Sheman Mok) to be very rough. I have never fully recovered from his manipulations on my spine. Also half the appointment was hooked up to electric therapy and ice, so he could run off and start another appointment. There are many options in Pickering, please consider another physiotherapist.
