Dr. Alexi has been my doctor for several years. He has taken very good care of me and has always been kind, helpful, and very conscientious of my health problems. I trust him completely and his nurse(Kelly) is wonderful. They are very deserving of 5 stars +.

He was very nice. He listened patiently to all of my complaints. I am glad I found a doctor who I can count on. I recommend him highly to my friends. His staff was less than friendly, but I can overlook that because he was so attentive.

New Dr & only one taking patients.Nurse was cold, angry I was 5 mins late, shutting drawers hard.Went to estab. as Dr. When needed info nurse told me on phone he was not my dr. Dr. said at next visit he was & he would correct her. Took to mgr. as well. Had a prob with med prescrib by another Dr I could not reach,I was scared & this Dr refused to tell me if I was having a reaction that was possibly serious.Refused.When I went in & asked why he said over & over I was trying to make him my psychiatrist. Told him he sounded ridiculous. When I asked him a ques. about another prob during a visit,he humiliated me regarding the question, then told me "it is always something with you". In the middle of treatment & before determining cause of fever & illness, knowing I have MS he dismissed me from prac.He told me "I spent 40 mins with you,you want too much"he spent 10.Refers to others, not sure what he does.Left me sick&I am worse.Still trying to get appt with pract.head.

This Dr is new to the Kernersville Family practice and he seemed to be a very nice man. If you need a Doctor to make you feel like they care then he is not the one. He had said at my last visit that my thyroid felt enlarged. He said it wasn't bad but he will run blood tests anyway. I called to talk to him about still not feeling well and he would not return my call. I got two calls from the same gentlemen today. The last call the person said that as per the Doctor I would have to make another appointment if I have any more questions. Why should I have to pay another copay and have my insurance billed again just because I had a simple questions. Remember this was a question about something he had said to me during our visit. I wanted to know if I should have my thyroid checked by another type of exam. I had been told by family and friends with thyroid problems that the blood tests don't always show the problem. I will be seeing someone else and will update you on my results.
