My 86 year old mother has been a patient for about 10 years with wonderful service until around April of 2022. Mom has visited the office 4 times each visit worse than the last! Today she went in for a post hospitalization due to COVID, she was to see Dr. Raborn but as usual could only see the PA, she was not examined, or given time to fully explain symptoms. She was rudely told it would take about 6 to 8 weeks to get back to normal. The hospital referred her for home therapy but her primary doctor must sign the ok we were put out of the exam room and rushed out before getting to discuss it. It was like they were mad we were there. We were driving out of the parking lot 15 minutes after she was shown to the exam room (mom is on a walker and moves slowly plus used the restroom).

Dr. Raborn has been my doctor for almost ten years. He is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I could not ask for a better doctor. I highly recommend him.

Horrifying that he still has a license to practice medicine! Rude & disrespectful cannot stand being questioned...after multiple visits to him he couldn’t figure out my dad had lung cancer. Finally took him to an ENT and it was too late...Dad lived only 2 mths after that. Dad was hurt, disappointed & absolutely shocked that Dr R missed his diagnosis. Doesn’t listen to his patients & obviously doesn’t care. If you’d like to find out what’s wrong with you & live a longer healthier life...find an MD who cares. This man is a jerk!

He wouldn't spend more than five minutes with me and would peddle medications and vaccines not covered by insurance without properly diagnosing me. I could never get ahold of them on the phone. I missed an appointment because I couldn't reach them to reschedule and his receptionist contacted my emergency contact and YELLED at him for it. The same receptionist also called my emergency contact to disclose my blood work results without my consent. When I dropped him they sent me a rude and condescending letter. Absolutely awful experience.

Staff is terrible, long wait times, doctor is very knowledgeable but rude at times. Left his practice because I made a comment and suddenly he did not want to be my doctor any longer. Has one nurse that is loud and at times quite rude.

I left Dr. Raborn's care because of his rudeness. When I asked questions, he acted like, I'm a Dr. you don't question me!!! He also schedules appointments minutes part, but spends up to 45 minutes in each room. He doesn't care that other people's time is important. He'll keep you waiting FOREVER!!!!!

Staff is horrible and very unprofessional. Phone calls are not returned. Took almost a month to get test results.

CAN'T GET STAFF TO CALL YOU BACK. ON THREE OCCASIONS I WAITED A SOLID MONTH TO GET A PROBLEM WITH A PRESCRIPTION FIXED. LOOKING FOR A NEW DOC.

Dr. Raborn is extremely thorough and professional. My whole family sees him.

This doctor is all about money. Also, he has no bedside manners!!
