Dr Iannetta is one of the most genuine and real doctors one can have. The review below stating he wants your check actually made me upset while reading. Dr iannetta is the exact opposite and I’m sure 99.9% of patients would agree. If you want someone that cares knows your past cares about you you want someone like Dr Iannetta. Hes passionate and has a huge heart that comment should be flagged I’ve had over 10 surgeries from a car accident so I’ve been going to tbis practice for a long time not once have I seen this man have a bad day. He deserves a check maybe a bigger one - I assume the person who left that review went to this practice once or twice. Is perfect and never had a bad day in their life. People need to realize no ones perfect but don’t take your social media lifestyle out on the rest of the world. Especially not a doctor like Dr Iannetta

Dr. Iannetta is such a great doctor he is very knowledgeable and through and when I'm sick I only have to see him once I don't go back multiple times. As for my past experiences with other doctors I always constantly went back. So blessed to find a great doctor for me and my children.

Response 2 writers about wait time-I have experienced the same thing but I have asked why, since it seems to happen more than one would like.It is because this office cares about their patients and they will fit people in who are in need. Many patients add to their visits beyond their alloted time.Their needs are met but it does create wait time. Those that are complaining about wait time probably never mention that they themselves get extended visits beyond the time booked. When I bring my family in, I am glad to wait if it means our health care concerns are well taken care of and we are treated like individuals and not just a "sick visit." When we come in, we are informed about well health considerations based on our ages or conditions no matter how we are booked. My husband was encouraged to go for his colonoscopy that he was long overdue for when he came in for a simple visit. When he came next and didn't have it,he was encouraged again to go.Happy to wait for this kind of care.

Stopped going to this office due to the LONG, LONG waits in the waiting room, and then the exam room. Having to wait over an hour to be seen is ridiculous. I also suspect they double and triple-book patients. Office staff seems harried and stressed; not good about returning phone calls promptly and somewhat cold. Will not be returning to this practice.

I stopped using Dr. Iannetta because of his office staff. Dr. Iannetta is a wonderful doctor who really cares about his patients and shows it. The reason we stopped using them was because my son had seizures from fevers. One day my son had had a seizure from a fever. I called the office staff and told them that I needed to come in a see Dr. Iannetta. They told me that in order for my son to be seen I had to clear up my balance first with them and then they could see him. That is when I switched doctors. Sorry though that I had to switch but am happy where I am going now.

I have to agree with the person who said "We stopped going to this office due to having to wait extremely long amounts of time in the waiting room (more than 30 minutes). I am in the medical field and suspect the office double/triple-books patients. Staff seems overworked and stressed" I too stopped going after 28 yrs because i couldnt stand waiting atleast 40 minutes everytime and then waiting atleast another 20 in the room. They are ridiculous there and have hindered my bf gettting his prescription filled by not calling it in, not checking with the DR. and calling us back, or simply ignoring it altogether. We have been patient waited days, called back only to find out we need to make an appointment they cant do another refill but noone bothered to call. Dr Iannetta is a great person and a wonderful doctor but the OFFICE STAFF IS HORRIBLE, RUDE, and seem to not care at all. We left because of them, i wish they would make more of an effort to have a good staff & not double book

Pleasant, warm and thorough....a real human being, as well as a doctor. I can't say the same for Pallay.

Dr. Ianetta did not have a good bedside manner with me. I specifially told about something I was sensitive about and did not want to discuss. When he was examining me he decided to bring it up when I was in a very vulnerable position. He was very unprofessional with me and the office staff has been disorganized for 23 years that I know of. I can't believe they haven't improved over time. Dr. Pallay, the other Dr. in the office, I love. I can't believe anything bad about him. He is one of my most favorite doctors I ever went to. I stopped going to this practice only because of Dr. Ianetta and the disorganized staff.

My family has been seeing Dr. Iannetta for many years now and we are completely satisfied with his ability and his bedside manner. His office staff is very nice and helpful. Yes, the wait can be long sometimes, but we also understand that emergencies happen and sometimes appointments run over. Dr. Iannetta takes his time with his paitents and listens to what they have to say. He never rushes you to get on to the next one, and he's never afraid to admit he's stumped and needs to research the problem. When our daughter was a baby and developed an issue that needed emergency surgery, Dr. Iannetta has us in with a surgeon that day. He also visited her in the hospital after her surgery to make sure she was doing ok. I would recommend him to anyone.
