Chopped a big hole in my forehead (cancer)...very good work...nearly invisible 2 months later. Enideena is polite, efficient, and kind. Elna is capable, observent and well spoken. Mr. Sandu is a great cutter and stitcher. I know people that have gone to Mr Sandu for decades with excellent results.

On my first visit, I stood around and waited while the receptionist spent several minutes on a personal (non-emergency) phone call. On subsequent visits, she has seemed disinterested in conducting business with the patients. Of my three or four appointments, the computers have been down twice - meaning follow-up appointments cannot be made without the patient making a long distance phone call to the doctor's home office. An appointment to remove stitches - a 10 minute procedure - scheduled to be performed an hour or two before I had to be at work - was delayed and delayed and delayed, because once again the computers were not working. I was late to work despite the generous cushion of time I had allotted. In all my visits (not many), I have never once seen or interacted with Dr. Sandhu himself. His medical technician was friendly and seemed competent. Even so, if the other dermatology office in town wasn't just as unsatisfactory, I would never go back.

I don't know where to begin. The staff, while friendly, is very disorganized. The doctor, while friendly, seems to have no interest in the problems with his staff or the business end of his practice. I had two biopsies of the same site and then when I called for results, they said they needed to do a THIRD biopsy of the SAME site. Either they lost the results or something fishy is going on. I declined. The waits in his office are outrageous. One time I waited for an hour an then left. The last time I went, I waited over an hour. Another patient said that was "normal." I said, "That is not normal!" On the morning of my last visit, someone called from his office to remind me that I owed them money. I told them to bill my insurance as per usual. They claimed it was a "courtesy call." Calling to demand money is not courteous. At the visit, they again tried to get money out of me without billing my insurance first. I will never return and cannot recommend this doctor.
