2 hour waits to see the doctor from time of the scheduled appointment is the norm. A staff which never returns phone calls. Left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing.The doctor is very knowledgable,however; the staff is an F -

on my first visit to see Dr Rave there was a wait time of 1 hr. I ended up seeing the Intern because Dr Rave wasn't there. Dr Rave's asst is very rude and doesn't return phone calls. The person working at the front desk is extremly rude, lacking in customer service skills. I have never meet Dr Rave. however, his office is the worst I have ever been to...don't go it is not worth the wait and his rude staff.

First visit, long wait but once I got to see Dr. R, he spent a lot time with me and answered all my questions this made the wait seem worth it. On a later visit within 6 to 8 wks from my last visit the office moved I was not told this at the time I made my appt nor was the new location mentioned to me when I was called to remind me of my appt. I went to the old location first then I had to find the office # and ask where they now located. The receptionist acted like it was no big deal they forgot to tell me. Dr. R at least looked a little embarrassed when I told him. I try not to go there too often because the front desk always makes me mad so I have been having the pharmacist call in my RX requestI for the last 3 or 4 mnths with no problems and I knew I needed to go in to see him so I had made an appointment to come in. This last RX request Dr.R's staff said no even though they gave me no warning the prior times and I had an appt in a week. Now they just called to cancel my appt

On 2 appointments I had to wait over 1.5 hours. I finally walked out of the waiting room on the 2nd one as this was unacceptable. On my 1st appointment he hardly examined me except for basic reflexes and x-rays. Insurance was also a major hassle. I would recommend going somewhere else.
