Dr. Pablo-Bustos is very knowledgeable, possesses great bedside manners, very accommodating and very thorough. Her staff is very good too, especially the nurse, Cherry, who draws our blood -- very light touch, efficient and cheerful. In fact, MOST doctor's offices I've gone to, even my dentist and physical therapist have receptionists who are obviously too busy to crack a smile, or treat you kindly. They act as if you owe them a huge favor. Not so in Dr. Bustos office in Seven Corners. The whole office is very warm, friendly, efficient and accommodating.

As a new patient, I waited one and a half hours past my appointment in the dirty waiting room at Providence Hospital.I was then asked to submit a urine sample in front of the full waiting room forced to use a public bathroom down the hall. Once in the room, I waited an additional 30 minutes for the doctor. After the visit the office incorrectly claimed my visit suggesting I pay an absorbent amount of money for a routine doctor visit. I have been working with my insurance company to clear up the matter for more than 2 months. Just recently from my insurance company I learned I was charged for a test due to an infection that I was unaware of. Due to wait time, lack of professionalism and inadequate follow-up and communication, I cannot recommend this doctor.

I really like Dr. Pablo-Bustos. She has been my primary care physician for the past 6 years. She is very efficient, has a calm bedside manner and patiently listens to all my concerns. She is very knowledgeable and if something needs to be done, she would do it then and there. I was comfortable at her office and reassured by her competence. My husband has Dr. Bustos' husband as his primary care physician. I would recommend her (as a primary physician and an internist) and her husband (as a nephrologist) to anyone.

Dr.D. Bustos is a very thorough doctor.She orders necessary test and has even contaced me at home with any concerns. She allows me to have a voice,is very honest and straight forward. She has very good bedside manner. I have been her patient for 3+ years and have had no real complaints. OVerall, she is very competent,professional and thorough. I would recommend her to anyone.

She kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain my medical history and symptoms to her. She didn't request the correct bloodwork and a referral to a gynecologist had the wrong contact information. I tried MANY times to get the right contact info but to no avail. And for some reason my medical records were kept at a different hospital that I normally don't go to, so it was a pain in the ass even just to switch to a different dr. because it took a while to get my medical records. I am SOOOOO sick of dr's and I haven't been to one in about a year when I know I need to, but I'm just so sick of getting this runaround.
