I am a new mom.he was very cold for my first visit with my newborn. I asked him if gripe water can help my daughter since she has gas and she cries alot when she cant pass her gas and he just gave me jesus cross sign and wish me luck with my baby. also I don't think they are clean. they did not even wash their hands before touching my newborn.

We were former patients of Al-Tatari, and he was wonderful, kind, patient, and knowledgable. Dr.Kasass however, dismisses concerns, has short answers to questions, and gives no reasons for his actions. For example, my daughter had asthma symptoms, we were told that since she only has symptoms twice a year, she didn't really have asthma. Thank goodness we have USA insurance, and I promptly took her to an Pediatric Asthma doctor, who admitted her for her symptoms. I am not pleased whith this doctor, and my two older children now see my family doctor. My youngest only goes to this doctor for his shots, and I also must argue with staff to poke child into leg, as it is not recommended for children to get shots in the arm. I am a Pediatric nurse, and this Dr. is by far the worst I have ever met.

We met Doctor Kassas while my newborn son was in the NICU. He put our concerns at ease and made us feel confident that everything was going to be okay. We made him our pediatrician and six months later we're still pleased with him. Always friendly and is great with our son.

Dr. Kassas is wonderful with children. The nurses are fantastic! The unfortunate thing is that his rotations at the hospital make it very difficult to book an appointment. This is very stressful. When I am lucky enough to get an appointment, I find his answers to my questions very confusing. He sort of smiles and gives simple responses that do not make me feel reassured.

Is never in his office. He is always quick to dismiss what you think is wrong.

Dr. Kassas is great with my son who was born showing signs of NAS due to a medication that I had to take while pregnant. We met him in the Hospital and he has been my sons doctor since. We have had several appointments so far and he and his staff have been very knowledgeable, sweet, and on time. He does do rounds at the hospital which is probably the reason for the comment below, but he is on hospital rotation now and I was still able to reach a nurse who was helpful with my concerns :-)

Very knowlegable but very reluctant to order testing. My nephew has been seeing this physician for a few years now and the Dr. has difficulty accepting my nephews diagnosis and treatment in relation to a MVA causing riff with the insurance company and denying my nephew a medical review regarding his current condition. I am very displeased with this recent findings and very appalled as there has been more than enough medical evidenceto substantiant the relevance of his injuries in relation to his accident.
