A doctor in the walk in clinic mistreated me . She refused to serve during work hours. After the receptionist asked me to enter the room with my kid , the walk in clinic told me that they were closed!! I told her that the receptionist said they are open until 7:30 and it was 6:30 .. The doctor entered her room and slammed the door after !! Leaving me and my kid standing outside. I really have never ever imagined that this could happen in Canada. This doctor did not respect me as a patient and I am going to file a complaint or even a claim against her and I will never ever go to shoppers world clinic again. Her name is Dr.Ali
I had my family doctor here... first you couldn't get an appointment if you get an appointment then you have to wait like 6 or 7 hours... I dont like service here .. last time I went there at 12 and I waited until 7... but i dont know what they are doing ... very bad service
Dr. MacDonald us very good. Support staff is below average. Gentleman who answered the phone afternoon on sunday June 17 at 1pm was rude and utterly unprofessional. If he worked in the private sector, he would be unemployed. Even though our doctors excellent, primary contact is with support staff who are sub par. Very unfortunate.
I went to shoppers world walk in clinic for my foot thumb check up. And then Dr. Humaira Ali one who can't even recommend me the property bandage with ointments from their clinic, she asked me to sign up her as family doctor. I said ok. But what's next i have to comeoften. On 23 rd of March due to some injury my thumbnail was taken off in Brampton Civic Hospital. I had three stitches on my thumb. I went for check up and seen clinician Dr. Humaira Ali. She saw my thumb and asked me what did the civic hospital Dr told you. I was like ? ? Because i already discussed that i got my nail taken off and have sutures since last three weeks. I said ya you have to check and if you feel it's ok take off the sutures. It's ok. I was feeling soo dizzy. Everything was flurry in front of my eyes. I asked her i feel dizzy, can you give me something to drink. She said no. I was like helpless. And can't sit. I lyed down and nurse gave me water. I was surprised with worst experience. After that i asked her so you will put the bandage on my wound right. She's like what bandages. She said well we can put something on that. And nurse put bandage which we use for minor cuts or wounds, and more worst was after requesting the nurse please do it slowly, she pressed my thumb with pressure on it. Imagine person having stitches means it was painful and on top if some one press it what you feel good ? ?
