• RateMDs Inc. does not ascertain the validity of user-submitted ratings or other posts.
• Any user may flag a review for moderation by the RateMDs team by clicking the “flag” icon next to the review or sending an email to [email protected].
  • You will be asked to provide an explanation to RateMDs as to why the review should be removed (this explanation is not publicly displayed).
  • Flagged reviews are reviewed by RateMDs and taken down if deemed inappropriate (for instance, because they contain demonstrably inaccurate or out of date information (to the extent that information was out of date at the time of the review), are libelous, or include accusations of unlawful activity, profanities or vulgarity, privacy violations, spam, or details that are not relevant or related to a patient’s visit).
  • RateMDs cannot verify a patient’s description of interactions with his or her healthcare provider in a private setting, or the patient’s subjective rating of that experience. RateMDs does not remove reviews solely because a user claims the review is subjectively unfair.
• Any healthcare provider may claim their profile, for no charge, by clicking the “Claim Doctor Profile” button.
  • A provider who claims their profile may update the business information that appears in the profile (e.g. address, telephone number, areas of specialty, awards and recognitions).
  • A provider who claims their profile may also post a response to any review.
• You may read our copyrighted material free of charge, but you are prohibited from the sharing, dissemination, or sale of this material.
• You will post only truthful, non-libelous, and relevant ratings and posts.
• You will not post for-pay ratings, or engage in "astro-turfing".
• You will not post multiple ratings for a single doctor.
• If this Terms of Use agreement is broken, you may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
• Use of this website constitutes acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website.
