Gave birth here in 2016. My room was beautiful but freezing. So much so that they needed to bring in space heaters to keep the temp about 50 degrees (in February). What angered me most was that the pediatrician who "attended" my birth is out of network because they don't accept the same insurance that the hospital does, and I ended up having to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket to someone I never even spoke to and couldn't verify that he was even there at birth. Meanwhile, I had a pediatrician at the hospital who was in-network. The patient advocate did nothing except say they were sorry. I hate this hospital.

The service in the hospital was terrible. I was not happy with the medical care at all. The rooms were dated and dirty. It's obvious that they are short staffed and family members are ultimately responsible for the patient's care. Even though the hospital is better than it was years ago, it still is substandard in many ways, in my opinion.

poor rating. went in for mammogram, was told that I had breast cancer by a dr. zito, did not have breast cancer. it was a benign tumor after he did a biopsy. don't tell someone they have breast cancer until you know for sure. what a horrible man. will never, ever go back again.
