What strikes me is the level of disorganization within the hospital whereby nobody talks to each other and each department operates a silo completely divorced from other departments. Patients are treated like Ping-Pong balls bounced around for no reason. Also, the public bathrooms look like they have never been cleaned. A very dirty and un-welcoming place.

My life was saved at this place. I can't thank each person enough for the brilliant care I received.

My daughter recently had a hysterectomy through Princess Margaret Hospital. She was fortunate to have as the attending surgeon Dr. White. Her operation was a complete success. The attention and care she received by the dedicated doctors, nurses, anthesioligist and others was exceptional. We will be forever grateful to them.

Administration pre-op disaster. They make so many mistakes that I don't know how they have anything done.

We need class action lawsuit against UHN. I witnesses cruelty toward my sister by doctors. Most of the nurses are on illicit drugs. I complained to patient relations about doctors conducts. Never heard back from them. Doctors gave her 3 drugs that should not be give at the same time. There's doctors basically killed my sister and nothe a single investigation from patient affairs.

Doctors are terrible. Arrogant, pompous and unqualified. This is not a cancer care Center.

PMH Top for Cancer Treatment Yes. The oncology department needs to be seriously looked at by the government. I was physically abused & belittled by one of the male oncologist. Reported it to patient relations, the CEO's office, Dr Liu/head of the dept. Nothing will be done, he is free to abuse other female patients. I have also reported him to the College of Physicians. He also shared my file with other doctors without my permission. Dr. Liu didn't seem to care about any of this & pretty much said I was 1 of1000(s) seen at PMH. Cancer is hard enough to go through without being abused. The new oncologist I see now, I tried to explain the pain I endured with other oncologist she works with but was pretty much told to be quiet & that she knew all she needed to know when she reviewed my file (without my permission) with the doctor who abused me. I can do nothing regarded the first oncologist I seen but I only hope that no other woman has to endure what I did.
