I came in with general flu symptoms plus kidney pain. They said I could not drink water or eat because they had to check my kidneys but they ran no test. When Dr Susanna Pfefferblit came she said you probably are just having a fever related to your sore throat and I'm going to prescribe Amoxicillin. I asked if I could have it in liquid form to make it easier on my throat, she ignored me and walked away. The registration woman kept on coming with forms and just said sign with no explanations.I didn't know I was discharged until I asked a nurse for ibuprofen for my headache and she said "aren't you discharged you signed the papers" I replied I wasn't told one of them was discharge, " oh well it was a different shift". I asked her where I could fill my prescription and she said idk their is 24hr pharmacies. I asked where she said "idk that not my job". 5 hours in bed with no blanket and crap service. They work hard to prove they earned their reputation as one of the worst hospitals.
