Dr Smith, director of the emergency center at Moberly Regional Medical Center misled me on schedule value of controled substance, telling me three to four times Tramadol is now a schedule II narcotic. I immediately inquired with three local pharmacies, and was informed it is a schedule IV control substance. He misinformed me this just to not prescribe it for me. He also said numerous times Bicodin is a schedule II, when also inquiring I was informed by same pharmacies it is a schedule III narcotic. He said it was because of Obama Admininstratation for these false schedules by Dr. Smith. With the information he gave me , had I not checked on them, would have felt disqualified to receive these medicines unless in extreme situations of pain. He misled, or ( lied) to me on September 9 2014. I am not stating this grievance because he refused to prescribe me the medicines, but that he lied to me about their class, therefor cannot be trusted.
