To ensure good heart and blood vessel health, I try to consume good fats; Omega 3 & Omega 6 from food like Salmon, hemp hearts, hemp oil, flaxseed, flaxseed oil, almonds, beans, etc. I also consume mainly a good variety of whole foods to ensure I get a good range of the essentials our bodies need.
