Invisalign in Aurora, metal braces or invisalign?

I’m planning to remove my metal braces and opt invisalign invisible braces. Metal braces injure my lips most of the time and that’s why I planned to get invisalign invisible braces. I heard it requires excellent cooperation and it requires frequent cleaning and the aligners need to be removed before having any sort of food. Is it so? Now that I’m used to my braces, will it be a good option?
Does this procedure gets insurance coverage? Is it painful at any manner ? Please suggest whats better for me.
