Osteoporosis Prevention Diet

What diet related things are you doing to prevent osteoporosis?

Milk!

Calcium and Vitamin D are key. My grandmother has Osteo so its top of my mind often, especially since I started working full time I just dont drink as much milk, but I have started to add Vitamin D drops to my coffee in the morning.

Also dont count out exercise, but exercise that beats the bones, its the best way to build density.

Anyone taking this stuff? I just started. Osteoporosis is genetic.
Exercise and diet help, but it won't prevent you from getting it (imo)

Foods rich in Calcium and Vitamin D are great to keep the bones healthy and prevent Osteoporosis.
